Terms & Conditions for Certification Program

The following terms apply when signing up for Holm Security's Certification Program.

Date

By signing up for training on a specific date and time, you acknowledge and agree that Holm Security has the right to modify or reschedule the training date and time at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes in advance and provide alternative options, but we cannot guarantee that the original date and time will be maintained. Your continued participation in the training after any such modification shall constitute your acceptance of the new date and time.

Payment

The payment for the Certification Program must be made in advance. Payment terms are twenty (20) days for private organizations and thirty (30) days for government organizations.

Refund Policy

Holm Security does not provide a refund if the attendee fails to attend the Certification Program on the agreed date.

Subscription

The Certification Program is a yearly subscription. About 11 months after the last certification is achieved, the attendee will be invited for recertification. The attendee can then cancel the subscription within 14 days from the date when the invoice for the recertification was received.

Expiration Timeframe

There is a six-month timeframe from the order date to carry out the program. After this period, the attendee's possibility of attending the program expires. There's no refund if the attendee fails to attend according to these terms.

Rebooking Policy

After booking a time for the Certification Program, rebooking can be done with the following terms:

• If rebooking is done fewer than seven (7) days before, an additional charge of 50% of the cost is charged.
• If rebooking is done after seven (7) days but before twenty-one (21) days from booking, an additional charge of 25% of the cost is charged.

No-show Policy

If the attendee fails to show up without any notification, Holm Security reserves the right to charge the full cost of the Certification Program, without a possibility to rebook.
