Role description
We’re looking for an Account Executive to drive new business across Benelux. Reporting to the Sales Director Benelux & Channel Sales in Amsterdam, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through demo, negotiation, and close. You’ll work with a mix of marketing-generated leads and self-sourced opportunities, selling to IT and security decision-makers across a wide range of industries.
This is a high-impact role on a growing team, with strong support from solutions specialists, marketing, and customer success.
Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in Dutch
- Currently based in or around Amsterdam, and no visa sponsorship or relocation is available
- Fluent in English, internal communication is in English
Qualifications
- Run the full sales cycle from first contact to close, hitting and exceeding quarterly and annual targets
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting via calls, email, LinkedIn, and events
- Work on inbound leads generated by marketing and convert them into closed business
- Run product demos and discovery calls with IT and security stakeholders
- Collaborate with solutions specialists on technical deep-dives and proof of value
- Represent Holm at industry events and customer meetings across the Benelux
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record of hitting quota and closing new business
- Hunter mindset, comfortable with outbound prospecting and not waiting for leads to land
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to navigate technical conversations with IT and security buyers
- Highly self-directed; able to structure your own activity and maintain momentum without close oversight
- Proficiency with CRM tools and modern sales workflows
- Background in cyber security or IT software is a plus
- Additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a plus
