MSP/MSSP Partner Expansion Manager

For over a decade, we've built a platform purpose-built for MSPs/MSSPs, intuitive, multi-tenant, and designed for operational efficiency. Having established our first foothold in the DACH region, we are now focused on scaling our presence and building a dominant position across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Role description
We're looking for a seasoned MSP/MSSP sales professional to drive our expansion across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Reporting to the Sales Director in Amsterdam, you'll own the partner lifecycle, from prospecting for and signing new MSP/MSSP partners to ensure they successfully adopt Holm and grow into high-value, long-term revenue relationships.
This is a high-autonomy role with a clear path to build and lead a regional team as we scale.
Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in German
- Currently based in Germany, no visa sponsorship available
- Fluent in English, internal communication is in English
Qualifications
- Drive seat growth, product adoption, and ARR expansion within existing and newly onboarded MSSP/MSP partner accounts
- Build deep, lasting relationships across partner organizations, spanning sales, delivery, product, and leadership
- Identify and sign new MSSP/MSP partners where needed to grow the regional footprint, owning the full sales cycle from first contact to close
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline of partner opportunities across DACH
- Adapt Holm's value proposition and commercial model to local DACH buying behavior and market expectations
- Represent Holm at industry events and partner meetings across the region
What we're looking for
- 5-10 years in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record of MSSP/MSP partner expansion and ARR growth in the DACH region
- Deep understanding of MSP/MSSP business models, consumption-based pricing, multi-tenancy, and how service providers package and sell software to end clients
- Hunter-farmer mindset, equally comfortable winning new logos and expanding existing accounts
- Highly self-directed; able to structure your own market activity and maintain momentum without close oversight
- Proficiency with CRM tools and modern sales workflows
- Background in cybersecurity or security software is a plus
