Why does Holm Security record meetings?
Holm Security records web meetings for internal training and educational purposes. Before the meeting starts, you will be asked to accept whether the meeting can be recorded.

Is the meeting recording shared with any third party?
No.

How are meetings recorded?
The meeting is recorded using Fathom (https://www.fathom.ai/).

Is Fathom listed as a sub-processor for GDPR compliance?
Yes, here is a list of sub-processors.

Are all meetings recorded?
No, only meetings where it’s been clearly communicated that the meeting will be recorded.

How is the meeting file stored, and what is the data retention?

Who has access to the recording?
The representative(s) from Holm Security who were in the meeting will have access to the recording.

Can I get access to the recording?
If you want access to the recording, request this from the Holm Security representative.

Can I have the recording deleted?
Yes, you can, at any time, request the recording to be deleted. Please reach out to the representative from Holm Security and ask for the recording to be deleted
