Privacy Policy for Recorded Meetings
Protecting sensitive information, such as recorded meetings, is a highly prioritized area for Holm Security. Therefore, we work actively to protect information and cyber security.
General Policy
Why does Holm Security record meetings?
Holm Security records web meetings for internal training and educational purposes. Before the meeting starts, you will be asked to accept whether the meetings can be recorded.
Are all meetings recorded?
No, only meetings where it’s been clearly communicated that the meeting will be recorded.
How are meetings recorded?
Meetings are recorded using the built-in recording function in Microsoft Teams.
How is the meeting file stored, and what is the data retention?
The recorded meeting is stored as a file in Microsoft OneDrive. It is stored for 3 months, after which it is deleted.
Who has access to the recording?
The representative(s) from Holm Security who was in the meeting will have access to the recording.
Can I get access to the recording?
If you want access to the recording, request this from the Holm Security representative.
Can I have the recording deleted?
Yes, you can, at any time, request the recording to be deleted. Please reach out to the representative from Holm Security and ask for the recording to be deleted
