Who should use the badge?
European software and SaaS companies where all of the below apply:
- The majority of the company's beneficial owners are European shareholders.
- The product is developed in Europe.
- The product is provided from data centers and/or cloud platforms located in Europe.
In other words, the product is independent of countries outside of Europe and would continue to operate if disconnected from non-European vendors.
How should we use the badge?
If you truly represent a European product, your company can use this badge freely where you prefer - on your webpage and social media, in emails and documents (also printed), and so on.
Am I allowed to change the design of the badge?
No, the badge design may not be modified.
